EULA - End User License Agreement

For the purposes of this Licence, the term Software shall mean the software program named ''space'', and Author shall mean ''Andy Hassall''.
All warranties relating to the Software, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. The Author shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The user of the Software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the Software.
The Software is copyright © 2000-2005 Andy Hassall. The Software is not public domain, and is protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom. In downloading the Software, you are not obtaining title to the Software or any copyrights. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, decompile, or disassemble the Software for any purpose. You may distribute the Software, however the Software must be redistributed in its original installer format, and must not be modified in any way.
The Author grants the user a licence to use the Software for a period of 30 consecutive days, starting from the first day on which the Software is used. After this period, the user must purchase a Registration Code in order to continue use of the Software, or remove the Software from the user''s system. The Registration Code purchased by the User may not be distributed in any way.
